Memory is enabled by default. You can manage available memory controls through the settings provided by Tegora, and users can delete conversations.

Conversation and memory information may be processed using the systems and infrastructure that support Tegora, including database and retrieval infrastructure.

6. Model Improvement

Tegora may use conversations and related information to improve its systems and services when the model-improvement setting is enabled.

Tegora provides a setting that allows users to control whether their conversations may be used for model improvement. Users can change this setting within the application.

7. Third-Party Services

Tegora relies on third-party infrastructure and technology providers to operate different parts of the service. These may include:

• Firebase for authentication and related account infrastructure.
• Qdrant for vector and retrieval infrastructure.
• OpenAI for certain AI processing.
• DeepSeek for certain AI processing.
• Google and Gemini for certain AI processing and related services.
• Analytics services for understanding service usage and performance.

These providers process information as necessary to provide the services they supply to Tegora.

8. Guest and Anonymous Use

Tegora may provide guest or anonymous use for certain features. When using Tegora without an account, some account-specific information may not be available or associated with the session in the same way as it is for registered users.

The information submitted during guest use may still be processed by Tegora and the services required to operate the requested feature.

• You can delete conversations.

• You can control the model-improvement setting.
• You can manage available memory settings.

10. Age Requirements

Tegora is intended for users aged 13 and older. Children under 13 must not create an account or use the service.

Users aged 13 to 17 must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before creating an account or using Tegora. Parents and guardians should provide appropriate guidance and supervision, including when a young person uses AI-generated guidance for educational, personal, health, financial, or other important decisions.

Users under 18 should involve a parent or legal guardian before making a payment. Access to paid subscriptions is also subject to applicable payment-provider requirements and eligibility restrictions. Guardian permission does not override those restrictions.

11. Medical and Professional Guidance

Tegora may provide information and guidance relating to medical, financial, and other professional areas.

Tegora's responses are intended as guidance and information and are not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, or direct professional judgment.

In situations involving potential emergencies or significant risk, Tegora may provide emergency guidance and encourage the user to seek appropriate human professional or emergency assistance.

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information processed through Tegora.

However, no online service or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We continue to review and improve the security of the systems supporting Tegora.
